Airline Crews are at Great Risk for COVID-19

Over 500 cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed for flight attendants and other airline crew, and a few deaths have been reported.

Planes are crowded as airlines limit flight schedules, and at 30,000 feet in the air, there are few places airline crew can escape the coronavirus.

While there are guidelines set by the FAA and CDC, they are not enforced. Captain Joe DePete, president of the Airline Pilots Association says, "We want the FAA to take the CDC guidance and make it mandatory for all airlines across the industry."

Guidelines are useless if they are not enforced, especially when people are still traveling.
