According to reports, three teens ages 13, 15, and 16 are in custody after a high-speed chase in a stolen car. The mayhem went down at 3:45 a.m. on Ethel Street. The teens allegedly took the vehicle at gunpoint and led police on a high-speed chase that ended on Emerson and Avery Street.
