The new president and banning eviction with the rescue plan

Biden was just inaugurated in the president's office last month, along with our first African American and South Asian Vice President, Kamala Harris. A breath of fresh air seemed to spread around America. They made a law against racism and to pass the American Rescue Plan. The plan will expand the moratorium on evictions and foreclosures. Joe Biden is trying to keep Americans have a roof over their heads. The plan includes critical food programs.
