Waiting in the 21st Century

I don't know about you, but I tend to get impatient very easily -- not learning towards anger, but frustration that things aren't going as quickly as I would like.

With the way things can be done in minutes flat these days, one can easily forget that lasting and important things can take time. For example, can a college degree be earned in five minutes? No -- not even the honorary kinds.

Separating Internet time from time outside of the computers and smartphones means that we should have different expectations on how things happen. That is the probably the first step towards recovery.
